Alhamdulillah...aku baru je sampai umah ni...malam ni aku & wife aku gi dinner kat restoran berputar Menara KL...memang best...buffet style plak tuh...isk isk...melantak tak hingat!...sume mende nak makan....apa2 pon memang puas hati la...alamak, sok keje la....hmmm.....ok la...mau kemas2 sikit....

The Matts TFS XC 300-D

OK...since I was back from my job assignment and started with my normal routine work here, I have gained almost 10 kg for a month!...this is not so surprised as compared with my unhealthy daily routine...since I was here, I have heard so many news about my officemates suffered with heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure and the most terrible, cancer...hopefully they will getting well...amiin…this has changed my view towards healthy lifestyle which I never take seriously before...and this has brought me to a new solution...which will be a starting point for me to live the life more healthier and well-balanced.

The Matts TFS XC 300-D is one of the TFS XC range. The MTB hardtail type. It's really a good bike for a beginner like me.

With the new trail geometry, the relevant angles and bottom bracket height have been adjusted to suit with the longer travel fork as well as shortning the top tube moderately.

The top tube slopes more aggressively to increase stand over height, helpful in technical sections and unwelcome dismounts!

The TFS SC models feature the same race-tested geometry as the bikes of the Multivan merida Biking Team. With visually unique, high quality manufactured frames made of three-dimensional shaped RaceLite 6061 aluminium, you have the power to accelerate without compromise-and you don't have to spend a fortune!

Features:

EGG SHAPE: Egg-shaped head tube with large diameter at the lower end and thinner cross section in the middle of the tube, improves the steering precision and optimizes chattering safety.

LOCK OUT: Lockable suspension fork by turning or pushing a button at the fork crown. For a more responsive frame when climbing.

TFS 6061: Aluminium frame with three dimensionally reshaped top and down tube using the Techno Forming System in heat-treated 6061 aluminium.

K MOUNT: Direct Mounting integrated into the left dropout for highly stable Hebie rear end stands ST-660.

sekarang ni tengah tunggu wife aku bersiap...arini nak pegi kenduri kawen member aku...member wife aku jugak...coursemate masa kat skudai dulu...si pengantin lelaki tu plak budak umah aku masa kat skudai dulu...alhamdulillah, akhirnya dorg selamat disatukan...tak sabar nak pegi ni...dah lama tak jumpe membe2 lama...huhu

hmm...aku baru pas anta wife aku...bus kol 3.30pm...tapi kol 4pm bus baru datang...hmm...biasa la tu....arap2 dia sampai jb dengan selamat la...amin...hmm...aku sebenarnye tak sabar sgt nak tinggal sebumbung dengan wife aku ni...kalu semua berjalan lancar, insyaAllah hujung tahun ni dah bole dok sama2...pasni dia cari keja kat kl plak...rezeki ada di mana2 kan?...hmmm...dengan keadaan ekonomi skrg ni mungkin agak sukar sket la...aku pon dah tak larat nak dok jauh2 lagi...cukup la pengalaman selama 1 tahun berjauhan dengan dia...huhu...pape pon, alhamdulillah...dapat jugak kitorg harungi nya dengan tabah & sabar...huhu...macam novel plak...hmm...minggu depan dia balik lagi...huhu...maklum la isnin depan cuti lagi...sonok betul aku...plan aku nak ke gunung ledang bersama rakan2 hujung minggu tu mungkin aku tak dapat nak join...lagipon aku dah lama tak buat aktiviti2 fizikal ni...kene slow2 la...huhu...hmm...boring plak dok umah ni sorg2...adeh, sok keja la plak...malas tul aku pikirkan keje ni...okla...aku nak iron baju jap...dah la hujan ni...layan tido best gak ni...
